Tom Osteen of ATO Ltd. was recognized as the new Business of the Quarter award at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber Breakfast, Tuesday.

Osteen and his company has donated personal protection equipment to the West Columbia Police Department during the COVID crisis. West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles said ATO Ltd. has been great for the citizens of West Columbia. West Columbia Police Chief Dennis Tyndall also thanked Osteen for the help to the police department. The monthly breakfast was held at Stone River in West Columbia.
