The Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber and Visitors Program presented Tod Augsburger with the 2025 Citizen of the Year Award. the award was presented Tuesday at the Chamber’s Business Breakfast at Stone River in West Columbia. Chamber President and CEO Tim James and Board Chairwoman Lindsay Miles presented the arard as past Citizen of the Year Award winners Sen. Nikki Setzler (retired) and Lexington County Councilwoman Deb Summers looked on.
