The Greater Cayce West Columbia Chamber of Commerce Monday that its Board of Directors has appointed Tim James to Interim President and CEO, effective immediately.

James, a former Cayce City Councilman, is replacing Richard Skipper, who has been removed by the Board from his role as President and CEO.
