The late Bobby Horton, former mayor of West Columbia was given the Lifetime Achievement Award at the annual Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce Gala, Thursday. It was held at Stone River, beside West Columbia’s Riverwalk Park.

Horton’s daughter, Lynn Horton Shull, and her daughter Margaret, accepted the award. They are pictured with several City of West Columbia staff members, elected officials, including Sen. Nikki Setzler and Mayor Tem Miles, and Chamber President Tim James. and Chamber Board President Lindsey Miles.
