Taylor Watford Foundation Run for Hope attracts hundreds of runners along the Cayce Avenues

It was a warm Saturday, and 250 registered runners, and walkers, came of for the Taylor Watford Foundation Run for Hope. Even a pony ran the race. The starting point was the Brookland-Cayce High School Arena, and the race took place through the Cayce Avenues. There were also tables set up for vendors who serve the recovery community.
The Taylor Watford Foundation was founded in 2019 in memory of Taylor Watford, who passed in December 2018 fentanyl poisoning. Since then we have raised close to $300,000 to fight substance abuse.
