Tall Oaks Boutique’s, at 128 State Street, West Columbia will hold a ribbon cutting and happy hour sale at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday (Feb 17.) This is a rescheduled event.

The WeCo River District Merchants Association is hosting the event and all guests will receive 15% off their entire purchase. Tall Oaks Boutique officially opened their brick and mortar store during The City of West Columbia’s Fall Back Fest on Nov. 5. Elected officials and dignitaries are expected at the ribbon-cutting. .

The event will feature light appetizers and refreshments. Delicious desserts & coffee will be provided by Always Original Bakery & Brickhouse Gourmet Coffee & Tea Co. (while supplies last).

Free parking is available at the 127 State St parking garage.
