West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles and West Columbia City Council recognized Van Crest Animal Hospital for receiving the West Columbia Beautification Foundation Quarterly Appearance Award. Foundation Chairwoman Kathy Whetzel, Co-Chairwoman Lainie Lewis, and Board Member Steve Cohen presented the award.
