Crosswalk signal knocked down in Lexington at the corner of Church and Main streets

One lane of North Church Street, at Main Street in Lexington, was closed due to a tractor trailer running over the pedestrian crosswalk signal while turning right. The incident occurred after 7 p.m., Monday. The Town of Lexington Transportation Division was on the scene repairing the damage and clearing debris. (Lexington Police Department photos)
