The South Carolina Department of Transportation is paving parts of dozens of major roads/primary routes across the Midlands in 2025. Jarvis Klapman Boulevard is on the list and is being repaved. The work is part of the department’s 2024-2025 Pavement Improvement Program for the state. Click here for more details
