The work on the East Bay Deli location coming to Parkland Plaza in Cayce is progressing. The new dining option will occupy the former Gamecock Traditions space. The East Bay Deli will have outdoor seating according to a notice from a Colliers International Parkland Plaza property manager published in early December.The photos were taken Sunday.
