Due to a collision that occurred on Sunset Blvd. (US-378) at Hope Ferry Road, both inbound and outbound traffic is shut-down until approximately 7 p.m., according to the Lexington Police Department.

If you need to get into and through the Town of Lexington, avoid Sunset Blvd. (US-378) until the road can be reopened.

Officers are actively directing traffic at multiple intersections but there is a tremendous amount of traffic coming into and out of the Town of Lexington.
