Amelia H. (pictured left) was selected as the first place winner of the West Columbia holiday art competition. She was announced as the winner at the West Columbia Tree Lighting ceremony, Dec. 7.

Her art work was on the cover of the tree lighting program, It is also featured on a banner at Art on State, with two other winners. Art on State is behind the Terra restaurant. It’s accessible from Meeting Street.
