The ribbon was cut on four new businesses on State Street in West Columbia, Friday with a ceremony hosted by the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce.

The new businesses are: Steven Whetstone Fine Art; Gretchen O. Studio; Garden & Relic and West Vista Realty. West Columbia Mayor Tem Miles and C-WC Chamber President Tim James presided over the ribbon-cutting.
