South Congaree hosted the Championship Rodeo for the second year-in-a-row over the weekend. marked The rodeo played to a packed arena with a crowd that may have been in excess of 2,000 according to an estimate.  Events were held Friday and Saturday.
The rodeo was sanctioned by the International Professional Rodeo Association (IPRA.)

Top performers are eligible for a spot in the world championships in Oklahoma City in January.
