Some roads in Lexington County, one in Cayce, to be closed for CSX Railroad track maintenance
CSX Transportation has announced a track maintenance project that will begin on Monday, June 30. The project includes the installation of new railroad ties along parts of the CSX Columbia subdivision.

It is an overall 6-week project that will end on/around 8/8/25. Crossings will be closed anywhere from 2-5 days, depending on the type of maintenance they are set to receive. Please note: Crossings will not be closed for the entire duration of the project.
This will impact Taylor Road in Cayce, which is marked with a purple star.
