***UPDATE: GABRIEL HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE***

The Irmo Police Department is looking for 11 year-old Gabriel Roper. He was last seen walking away from his residence (near Murraywood Shopping Center) in Irmo around 8 a.m. Monday morning. He is believed to be wearing multi-colored t-shirt and shorts, a golf-type hat and sunglasses. If you see Gabriel, please contact the IPD at 803-785-2521.

A SLED Helicopter and K9 units are assisting police. Do not be alarmed by the increased activity in the area.
