Laura Liger, an English-Language Arts teacher at Swansea High Freshman Academy, was recognized at the Teacher-of-the-Month at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce Breakfast meeting, Tuesday. It was held at The Hall at Senate’s End.

Swansea High Freshman Academy Principal Craig Baker said Liger is a naturally gifted teacher, who has a positive attitude. Swansea High Freshman Academy is part of Lexington School District 4.
