SC COVID-19 cases dropping

The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in South Carolina dropped to under 1,000 for the fourth consecutive day, according to Thursday’s count. It is the longest streak of below 1,000 cases reported since the middle of June.

The SC Department of Health and Environmental Control on Thursday announced 907 new confirmed cases and 27 new probable cases of the novel coronavirus COVID-19. Lexington County reported 22 new cases.
