William Bozard of Sandhills Elementary School was named Student-of-the-Month and Rhonda Rosbury of Sandhills Elementary School was named Teacher-of-the-Month during the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce Breakfast, Tuesday.

Bozard and Rosbury are pictured with Sandhills Principal Holly Miller, left, and Ted McGee who presented the award for the Chamber. The breakfast was held at Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church in West Columbia.
