S.C. Attorney General race headed to runoff, it appears, between Alan Wilson and Todd Atwater

Alan Wilson

S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson is likely headed to a GOP primary runoff against State Rep. Todd Atwater, of Lexington.
Wilson had 49% of the vote and Atwater had 30%. Greenville attorney William Herlong got 22% of the vote. That was with 99% of the vote counted. Wilson needs 50% of the vote plus-one to avoide the runoff. The results are not official, but a a runoff would be June 26 if required.
