Columbia Fire Department and Irmo Fire District units were on the scene of a fire Sunday. Crews worked to contain a fire that’s reached 3-Alarm status at The Hollows apartments off the 1300 block of Longcreek Drive. See video of the fire – Click here

Crews responded to the complex shortly before 7 p.m. Upon arrival firefighters found heavy fire working through the building and spreading through the roof. Additional alarms were sounded – dispatching more resources.

There was significant damage to the building and parts of the roof collapsed. No injuries reported at this point.
