Rick Hubbard defeated Candice Lively in the Republican run-off election for the 11th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, Tuesday.
Hubbard had 9,870 votes to Lively’s 6,459.
The winner takes the place of retiring Solicitor Donnie Myers.
The 11th Circuit covers Lexington, Saluda, Edgefield, and McCormick counties.
