A Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening was held Thursday at CORA Physical Therapy in West Columbia.

The event, sponsored by the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce was held at CORA’s newest location at 100 Dreher Road, Suite 100.

“This area of West Columbia is booming,” said Richard Skipper, the C-WC Chamber President and CEO. He also said CORA Physical Therapy is one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country. City of West Columbia.

Economic Development Director BJ Unthank wished CORA success and said West Columbia is a very “business-friendly” city and is there to help them succeed.

Jessica Mentrup is CORA’s Clinic Director. She said she is pleased to be opening in the community and is there to help with “aches and pains.” She also said CORA offers free assessments.

Magda Smith, CORA’s Attorney Liaison, said the good crowd that came out for the ribbon-cutting was “fantastic.” She runs CORA’s VIP Attorney Scheduling program for personal injury situations.
