The Rhythm on the River concert featuring BC Villanova and His Amazing Friends will move indoors to Jillian’s, according to a release from Gregg Pinner, president of the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce.

“The area had a lot of rain Thursday afternoon and the forecast has more rain instead of drying conditions for Friday.
