The intersection at Sunset Blvd. (US-378) at Hope Ferry Road was closed Friday around 1 p.m. after a collision that took out power lines. Inbound traffic was being detoured through the Aldi parking lot, across Hope Ferry Road, and through the Lexington Square parking lot.

Outbound traffic was being detoured through the Liddl parking lot to the Hope Ferry Center parking lot. Due to power lines being down and at least one power pole needing replacement, it will likely be an extended road closure.
