Solara Investments plans to build a hotel near Lexington Medical Center on Sunset Boulevard, West Columbia, according to a NAI Avant press release.

According to the release: NAI Avant senior brokers Jeff Hein, SIOR and Roger Winn recently represented the seller in the sale of 3 acres of land on a prime development site, located at 134 Mathias Road in West Columbia.

The property, across the street from Lexington Medical Center, sold for $630,000 to Solara Investments, LLC, which plans to build a hotel on the site. The entire site consists of ±7.42 acres, leaving ±4.42 remaining for purchase.
