Tracy (T.J.) Nelson, a student at Pine Ridge Middle School was named as Lexington Medical Center Foundations’s Living Well Health Student at the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber Breakfast, Tuesday morning. The breakfast held at Lexington Medical Center.

T.J. is a member of the Medical Explorers program. Erica Davis,  of the Mid-Carolina Medical Explorers program, said T.J. has made a “a profound impression” with his confident, committed and positive attitude.
