Piecewise Coffee Company opened Monday in Cayce. The new business is at 2001 State St, at the corner of Clark Street. Piecewise offered samples of the coffee at Soiree on State, in Cayce, on April 27.

Piecewise is now serving coffee and drinks for limited hours MON – FRI. from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. and SAT 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. SUN Piecewise is closed.
The owners said via Facebook that normal hours and a food menu will be in full swing a few weeks.

Before it opened Cayce Mayor Elise Partin said Piecewise bring a lot of anticipation.

“We are excited for their opening,” said Partin. “They’re locating in the original heart of the city, where now there is a trailhead for the Riverwalk and an up-and-coming arts district. Bringing the energy back to this part of town that was a gathering place, is beautiful. Having a place to enjoy good coffee and good community is welcome.”
