Piecewise Coffee Company is getting its building ready in Cayce.  The new business – slated to be open this spring- will be at 2001 State St, at the corner of Clark Street. Samples of the coffee will be available at the Soiree on State, in Cayce,  on April 27.

Cayce Mayor Elise Partin said it brings with it a lot of anticipation.

“We are excited for their opening,” said Partin. “They’re locating in the original heart of the city, where now there is a trailhead for the Riverwalk and an up-and-coming arts district. Bringing the energy back to this part of town that was a gathering place, is beautiful. Having a place to enjoy good coffee and good community is welcome.”

Piecewise expects to open in just a few weeks, said its owners. “We plan to be at the Soiree on State on April 27th if you’d like to come out for a preview of the shop.”
