New Cayce Councilman with family members, taking the Oath of Office from Municipal Judge Keabil Henderson at the Cayce Council meeting, Tuesday.

Judge Keabil Henderson issues the oath of office to Cayce’s new District 4 Councilman Phil Carter was elected on Sept. 15. He replaces Councilman Tim James, who resigned after taking a position in Florida.
