Lexington County Coroner Margaret Fisher has identified the person killed in a two-vehicle accident  that occurred on Tuesday.

It happened in the 1100 block of US 378 near Clubside Drive in Lexington County  at approximately 5:45 p.m. Fisher states that Autumn Victoria Joiner, 20 years old, of Blythewood. died at the scene from the injuries she received in the accident.

The driver of the other vehicle was not injured. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday to determine the cause of death.  Joiner was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is continuing to investigate the accident.
