Perry’s Gourmet Flaming Grilled Chicken started its soft opening Monday at 1416 Charleston Highway in West Columbia. Owner Bennie Perry said during the week of the soft opening his staff will familiarize themselves with restaurant’s computers and kitchen equipment. Perry’s Gourmet Flaming Grilled Chicken will hold a Grand Opening on Monday Aug. 29. Hours are from 10 a. until 10 p.m. Mon.-Thurs. and 10 a.m. until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
