Pelican’s SnoBalls held its ribbon cutting, Thursday. Pelican’s SnoBalls is at 442 Meeting Street in West Columbia. Pelican’s SnoBalls has more flavor than a Snowball and it’s fluffy like Shaved Ice, it’s the perfect blend of snow and flavor.
