The Cayce-West Columbia Holiday Parade of Lights proceeded through West Columbia and Cayce, Saturday evening. Kids, grown-ups and all ages in between lined 12th Street from Triangle City to the Cayce Municipal Complex.  Elves, clowns, bands, and even the Grinch – many of them lighting the night-  were included in the procession. And of course St. Nick appeared as the finale.
