West Columbia Riverwalk and Amphitheater to reopen, Tuesday morning
All sections of the West Columbia Riverwalk Park and Amphitheater will be open to the public beginning Tuesday, at 7 a.m. The Riverwalk and Amphitheater were closed over the weekend and Monday, due to Hurricane Florence.
