An office building at 602 Meeting Street in West Columbia has sold. It’s the Novinger Building.

The sale was reported Wednesday by NAI Avant and senior broker Macon Lovelace, who represented the buyer. Yhe buyer is Toure, LLC.

Midlands Businesswoman Cathy Novinger died last year after a battle with cancer. Her family owned the building. Since her passing, the Girl Scouts Mountains to the Midlands announced its proposed Midlands Urban Leadership Center, just a few blocks away in Columbia, will be named in honor of Novinger.
The 5,500 sq. ft. Novinger Building in West Columbia was sold by Novinger Properties, LLC for $640,000.
