Personnel from the West Columbia Police Department, West Columbia Fire and EMS were on the scene at Augusta Road, at Dreher Road, Monday. An accident that took place just after 1 p.m. slowed traffic.

Capt. Scott Morrison of the WCPD said the accident involved four-to-five vehicles. There were no serious injuries reported as a result of the crash.
