New homes are coming to the heart of West Columbia’s River District.

On property on Cromwell Street at Center Street, stretching to Augusta Street, the construction of nine new homes is being planned.

The homes will be single-family bungalo-type. The lot has been cleared and constrition will begin soon. More information will be available in the new year.
