A new townhome development, called Faith Hill, includes 69 townhomes is going to be built off of Platt Springs Road. The entrance to the new development is near Faith Lutheran Church at 1717 Platt Springs Rd, West Columbia.

Work on the site where the new homes will be built has started. The land has been cleared and some of the infrastructure is in, including a curb.
