A new Spinx Gas Station and Convenience Store is being built on US 1 (Augusta Hwy) between West Columbia and Lexington. The new store is on the west side of the US 1 Flea Market.

In June, the Spinx Corporation announced that it will open multiple new stores in Lexington in 2026, The first location of those new stores opened in August at 296 Charter Oak Road, Lexington. Below is a photo of the station on Charter Oak Road.
