New sidewalks going in across from Brookland-Cayce High school
Trucks, work crews, and drive “SLOW” signs are a part of new sidewalks being put down across from Brookland-Cayce High School. The project is being funded by a SCDOT grant.
The basic scope of work for that project includes new sod, trees, lighting, and curb and gutter improvements. It will be ADA compliant, too.
“Typically those projects take about 90-120 days to complete,” Tara Greenwood
Special Projects and Grants Coordinator for the City of Cayce.
