The Cook Out at 1413 Charleston Highway is open. There were several cars in the parking lot Monday evening. A Facebook post indicates the Cook Out will hold a Grand Opening at 1030 a.m. Tuesday.

It is built on the site where Hardee’s restaurant had been. It closed more than 5 years ago. Developers began the application process to build the Cook Out, with the City of West Columbia, in April.
