The Modern Locksmith is coming to Cayce.

NAI Columbia’s John Gregory represented Irmo Lock Company in the purchase of its second location in the Columbia market at 538 Knox Abbott Drive in Cayce. It will be named “The Modern Locksmith.” The unique shaped building is across from the Brookland-Cayce High School basketball arena.

“After 31 years of continued support from our community, Irmo Lock Company, Inc., is proud to announce the launch of our next venture. Our second brick and mortar location will display a new name, The Modern Locksmith, designed to better represent the future of our organization. The key has evolved, so have we,” said Guy Caskey, President at Irmo Lock Company. “We are thrilled to be expanding into Cayce and appreciate John and NAI Columbia for their ability to help us with this strategic business decision.”

538 Knox Abbott Drive is an approximately 0.58-acre land site located just across the Congaree River and situated only one mile from Downtown Columbia. The area is experiencing a revitalization with new apartments, restaurants and urban housing.
