Micah Caskey, a former prosecutor, will face West Columbia City Councilman Tem Miles in a June 28 runoff in the GOP primary for House Dist 89. It’s the seat Rep. Kenny Bingham is leaving.

Caskey got about 35% of the vote and Miles received about 25%. Former County Councilman Bill Banning was third with about 21% and Billy Oswald got 19% of the vote in the primary.
