The crowd lined 12th Street four-to-five people deep in some places for the Greater Cayce-West Columbia Chamber’s Parade of Lights, Saturday. Sen. Nikki Setzler was the Grand Marshal for the parade that took place on a balmy evening. The lights were colorful and bright. Children laughed with delight as the more than 100 entries passed by. Dignitaries handed out candy and others waved. Here are some photos.
