Man sought by West Columbia Police arrested in Myrtle Beach


Robert Lee Raines, 29, who was wanted by the West Columbia Police Department, was arrested in Myrtle Beach over the weekend, said Deputy Chief Scott Morrison of the West Columbia Police Department.

Raines faces charges for attempted murder and armed robbery.

He is also wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Department for second-degree burglary, grand larceny, and failure to stop for deputies.

Raines has been transferred to the Lexington County Detention Center. He is being held there without bond.
