Apartments construction is taking place all over the Cayce-West Columbia area. On Knox-Abbott Drive in Cayce and a the Otarre Pointe Apartment Complex on 12th Street Extension.

The Otarre Pointe Apartment Complex off of 12th Street Extension in Cayce has been under construction for more than a year. It’s a multifamily residential development consisting of 299 units. There is a grand opening for the apartments Wednesday.
