City of Cayce (Click here) – Genesis Studios is producing a promotional piece for the Cayce Historical Museum and will be there for a shoot this coming Saturday, January 14th. The museum needs families and their children to participate. This is not a talent search but the need for persons to serve in background shots in highlighting the museum.

Families need to arrive at 8:45 AM. Cameras will roll at 9:00 AM. They will try to finish up by noon. They are looking for diverse families with children ages 3-13 who can take direction to smile as needed or move on cue as needed.

Most of the shots will have one child who is the “featured” child in the shot. Most shots will be 5-10 seconds long. If a family has children that fit the description, but they also need to bring along an infant or toddler to carry (rather than having to find a babysitter), that’s not a problem.

A note on wardrobe: solid colors are best! Avoid black or white (as pants or as a solid color shirt). No thin stripes or tiny detail. Again, solid colors are best.

Not all shots will be used. Here is a wish-list of on-camera talent Genesis needs for this shoot:

• • Mother and 2 or 3 youngish kids (anywhere from ages 3 – 10)
• • Mother, father, and young son (age 5-8)
• • Family with 2 or 3 kids. Kids can be any age.
• • Parent and 2 or 3 kids. Any ages, but would like at least one kid 10 or under.
• • Parent (or couple) with 2 or 3 kids. Any ages, but at least one kid 8 or older.
• • Family with 2 or 3 kids (ages 3 – 13)
