Liz Portee- State Farm Insurance Agency owner- had a ribbon cutting at her new office at 1316 Sunset Blvd. Thursday. Several City of West Columbia officials, including Mayor Bobby Horton, were on hand for the ribbon cutting. Portee – a longtime Stare Farm agent- has moved her offices to the new location. She is pictured with her office staff and Cayce-West Columbia Chamber of Commerce officials. There were also many friends, family and Chamber members at the ribbon-cutting. They came to see the new offices, and enjoy refreshments.
