Lexington Two students selected for Boys, Girls State
From Dawn Kujawa – Lexington Two Communications Director – Several Lexington Two high school students have been selected to the prestigious 2020 Palmetto Boys and Girls State programs.
Both weeklong in-person sessions for the programs, sponsored by the American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary, are cancelled this summer due to COVID-19, but students will be given other recognitions. Participants have completed their junior year of high school and are selected based on leadership, scholarship, character and service, among other criteria.

Brookland-Cayce: Cheyanne Chambers, Gracin Riddle
Palmetto Boys State
Airport: Benjamin Bledsoe, Brycen Redmond
Brookland-Cayce: Brady Branham, Joseph Buchmaier, Sanders Castles, Matt Edwards, James Hook, Brycen Johnson, Gavin Taylor
